I've never seen rain water pouring off the roof like that before or since. I saw streets flood that I didn't see any way they could ever flood. It was incredible. A couple of weeks ago, I talked to someone down in Tivoli that lives on the Guadalupe River there. They were out of their home for weeks in 1998.
