proposed guarantee that pre-existing condition couldn't be excluded or result in increased premiums? If so, wouldn't that solve your problem?

Don't get me wrong, I am a single payer advocate but I do think we need to be honest in our debate. Obama has made it quite clear that he insists on a plan where nobody can be denied coverage or charged more due to pre-existing conditions.
