The majority of those claim to want significant amounts of experience.

Not all.

Most.

I'm always willing to concede the issue isn't black and white. I do, however, keep note of the people who act as if it is, and which side they are on. Or is that profiling? (Which it isn't, because idiots who are incapable of thought are pretty much everywhere and are of every creed.)
