My family is without insurance and I have concerns about my husband's health. He has glaucoma and his vision seems to be fading fast. I noticed a spot on his head about a year ago and he's afraid to get it looked at because of the history of cancer in his family. We tried to get insurance and they denied my husband coverage because he was taking steroids for his asthma. It's such a vile system and I guess you don't even think about it until you're stuck in it.
