27. Omar behaved badly

if he thought the request was out of line, he should have directed the customer to the manager, not berated her loudly in front of the other people. THAT's what he deserves to get fired for. if he was working the cash register, he was most likely not allowed to leave his station anyway and again should have asked the manager to take care of the customer's request or deny it.

i've worked in fast food, so don't try to get all high and mighty on how liberal i am or am not.
