for the Health Insurance Industry, or on Political survival, or Rascism? I know it is a combination of all three but IMO the main drive is Survival. They know and understand if We get good Health care for everyone they will be out of Power for decades to come. Especially if a Black man delivers for America. This is truly a must win situation for Republicans and they will stoop to any level to stop this Health Care Reform idea or for that matter anything the Democrats wish to achieve. America is really going to witness how Ugly Republicans truly are in the next few years.
