PDB, dated 8/6/2001: "Bin Laden determined to strike U.S." Dubya dismissed it: OK, you've covered your ass, he said to the aide. You can leave now.
John O'Neill and Richard Clarke, counterterrorism experts, walking around that summer "with their hair on fire."
NBC "Today" coverage on 9/11 included a report from David Gregory — who was with The Decider that day in Florida — who said Bush and his advisers knew about the (first) hit @WTC before they reached the school. The president could have scrambled jet fighters then. He didn't.

Bushco knew. Period.
