Not likely, unless they added a shitload more inconvenience and crap at the security checkpoints.

And, seriously, even if they could grab your DNA and target it as being specifically yours - so what? What are they going to do with it?

Whatever gain might be had by sneakily grabbing airline passenger's DNA and linking to the correct passenger, is going to be vastly outweighed by the expense and hassle.
