23. As a Florida resident I have been trying to keep up
with the Oil eruption in the Gulf.
I've never heard of the Oil Spill Liability Trust Fund so I googled it.
The results seem to indicate it was passed in 1990?
Is this it?

If it is, George the 1st that signed it, not Reagan.

Doesn't change the results.
We still get screwed.
