26. No, he is saying what the party leadership opposes. Most want

the troops to remain in Iraq. Even Feingolds bill promotes the use of troops to "train Iraqis".

I sure don't understand that... the Iraqis are fighting the world's most powerful army... they seem pretty well trained to me.
