Norton Courts the Right in Colorado
Advertisements [?]
An anti-Washington message? Check. Touting positions bound to be popular on the right, like vowing to work for the repeal of the new health care law and to prevent future bailouts? You got it.

Jane Norton, a Republican candidate for Senate in Colorado, courts the disaffected and conservatives in her latest television advertisement, as she tries to avoid the fate of other more establishment Republicans running for Senate this primary season.

In the advertisement, the former lieutenant governor says “both parties in Washington have mortgaged our future,” though she specifically calls for putting a stop to President Obama’s agenda. (Speaking of which — that health care overhaul? “Yank it out by the roots,” Ms. Norton says.)
