8. He's doing the right thing

After all, Ralph may be corrupt to the core but he is no dummy. By selecting a reliably brain-dead fundie ridden district Reed should be a shoo-in for this seat. His hapless constituents will never have a the slightest clue that their "forgiven sinner" is using "values" to secure his position, line his own pockets, and champion big-monied interests at the expense of the very people who elected him.
