Fag, fairy, pansy, queer. That's what men often call other men if those other men dare to work out, style their hair, wear tight clothes, make their sexual attractiveness more pronounced, etc.

It's sad that worst insult a man can come up with for another man is to imply that he's too much like a woman (a.k.a., effeminate, gay, etc.)

Disclaimer: I am gay, so obviously I am not using any of these words with any ill intent.
