23. The problem is that when Dems get elected into that office...
they beat around the bush rather than change the things the electorate rejected from the rethugs. When Dems are elected to replace the rethugs and change things, they end up disappointing the electorate as well with their namby-pamby approach - 'too much bi-partisanship'. Dems need to balance the electorate's desire for change with the centrist 'almighty bi-partisanship' because it is dispiriting to have elected people to effect changes in the system and instead find that everything remains the same with the old power guards still in absolute control regardless of the party in elected.
