Witnesses say US forces killed unarmed civilians
By Kim Sengupta in Baghdad
24 November 2004
snip----
"One of things we noticed the most were the numbers of people killed by American snipers. They were not just men but women and some children as well. The youngest one I saw was a four-year-old boy. Almost all these people had been shot in the head, chest or neck."

2. If Iraq had no oil, then we'd have been out of there long ago.
Still, * will find a way to make it look like there's reform and then prance on over to Iran or whereever he wants to bomb next.

3. but how do you combat ignorance?
Betsy Hart was just on Hannity & Colmes crowing about what a wonderful job we are doing over there. And a guest on Hardball (reporter - Ware?) says this is likely to go on for years. Can you say... discouraging?

5. Snipers killing women and children!
These guys are eagle-eyed and precise. If this is true, not good, not good at all. It is deliberate killing of civilians from 100's of yards away.

7. "Unpersons"
And the stench of this crime will not even trouble the great nose of US journalism. The Iraqis are unpersons--sub-human in the eyes of the sniper-murderers and the sugarcoating establishment alike.
