Bush Visiting Canadian Prime Minister
Grand---bush does not get to speak to Canadian Parliment!!
Aslo--I saw a story on CNN--it was good--included outspoken protesters.

"Bush will not make a customary speech at the House of Commons in Ottawa where the sometimes raucous Parliament has been known to heckle speakers. Bush's unpopularity is expected to be protested by demonstrators upset about trade issues and Iraq."......

Bush Visiting Canadian Prime Minister

President Bush Visiting Canadian Prime Minister in Ottawa As Anti-Americanism on the Rise

The Associated Press
WASHINGTON Nov 30, 2004 — President Bush's trip north of the border will be akin to a polite dance where he'll try to avoid missteps that could create more anti-Americanism in Canada. For his part, Canadian Prime Minister Paul Martin will want to avoid looking as if he's bending to U.S. will on trade and security issues.

After years of bickering, Bush is hoping to patch up relations with Ottawa when he arrives Tuesday on the first official visit to Canada by a U.S. president in nearly 10 years. Relations between the Bush administration and Canada got off to a rocky start when Bush chose Mexico instead of Canada as the first country he'd visit. Trade disputes a key topic of discussion and the war in Iraq further soured the friendship. ......

From the report's poll question in the right hand column:
"Do you agree that the U.S. is Canada's
best international friend?"

The poll results are very impressive!

I voted "No".

The web address has been corrected.

4. I can't believe that 4 years into his "presidency" Shrub
is just now visiting a country that borders us. Well, I wouldn't believe it if we had a real president.

5. How pathetic
And now the Psycho Simian thinks that because he deigns to visit Canada 4 years late, Canadians are supposed to be so grateful for any sign of recognition from his imperial self that they will grovel at his feet like our lapdog press and cowering politicians.

I think our wonderful friends to the north have another kind of welcome in mind, one which we are forbidden from showing in this country, because the arrogant one can't stand anything but blind worship and adoration.

I do so thank Canada for the "welcome" demonstrations they have planned. Any demonstrations here have to be held miles away from the Chimp. It's nice to know that Canada is still free.
