ANKARA, Turkey - A car bomb exploded Tuesday outside an office used by U.S soldiers in northern Iraq (news - web sites), private CNN-Turk television reported. Several people were reported wounded, but it was unclear if Americans were among them.

The wounded included Iraqi Kurdish guards and children from nearby houses. Firefighters rushed to the scene.

U.S. military officials said they could not immediately confirm the report.

4. Didn't Chimpy say....
in his address that the violence was taking place in Central Iraq? This is NORTHERN Iraq. Hmm...more faulty intelligence or just more bullshit?

6. They must have heard that the Turks are coming in to help "liberate" them?

7. That's exactly what I thought when I saw it was in Northern Iraq
Oh brother not just a civil war but three different sides. The US would have to protect the Turks (if they came) and that could get the whole Northern territory really riled up.
