SEC questions Tyco on Iraq oil-for-food program

WASHINGTON (Dow Jones/AP) _ New Jersey-based Tyco International Inc. on Tuesday said the Securities and Exchange Commission has ordered information from the company on its involvement in the United Nations Oil for Food program in Iraq.

1. Was it the Tyco CEO who threw that elaborate $2.5 million. . .

. . . birthday party/roman orgy for his wife in the Mediterranean someplace? If it was, I can now understand why he choose to do that over there rather than back here in the U.S. It seems like it may have been a failed attempt at hiding the oil for food dollars his company received.
