This is a young freeper at work. Good to observe how the zeal impacts the reasoning. I'm still trying to figure out what the Repug draw is. Wonder if this kid would go to Iraq for his President?

Odom: Created a Web site for the Washoe GOP that was pulled.

Hip, young Republicans? It’s not a contradiction in terms for Eric Odom, who with a few friends has created the Washoe Conservative Coalition, a student group he hopes will appeal to young, aggressive conservatives.

The coalition is rallying around a new colorful Internet site to organize conservatives, create online forums for debates, share news, create a meet-up group and publicize meetings for face-to-face debates or lectures next year.

The GOP as well as the Democrats succeeded in registering large numbers of young people to vote and they turned out for speeches and protests in numbers not seen in many years.

But on Election Day, the percentage of young people who headed to the polls was no greater than four years ago, Washoe County Registrar Dan Burk told political leaders earlier this week.
