Bush defends embattled Rumsfeld as ''a caring fellow''

Those were the headlines on Boston.com. If this is a dupe I will remove it. I just about went into fits of laughter reading that. Of course, it takes one to know one

WASHINGTON (AP) Accused of being insensitive to U.S. soldiers in Iraq and their families, Defense Secretary Donald H. Rumsfeld received a fresh endorsement Monday from President Bush, who called him ''a caring fellow.''

blah blah blah, dot dot dot... and in summary:

''And I believe that in the new term, members of the Senate and the House will recognize what a good job he's doing,'' Bush said.

1. SO "caring", he uses a machine to "sign" US soldier death letters.

SO "caring", he doesn't bother placing an order to speed up armor humvee production until it becomes a widely reported public scandal.

SO "caring", he calls our troops "funglible".

Hate to see bush's idea of "uncaring".
