Rossi Might Contest Election Results (WA State)

Republicans concede that at this point it could be his only option.

Further down in the article: Sam Reed (Republican)the state's top election officer, sent out a bulletin Thursday advising county auditors that they are not legally allowed to reopen their canvassing boards to review the ballots.

This doesn't leave much for Rossi although he is trying to get the counties to reopen their canvassing boards in direct violation of law. I suppose he just has to make a big stink so that half of the state will believe they were cheated. Nothing like making sure there are REALLY BAD feelings and tearing the state apart.
