The House convenes at 12:30 PM for morning-hour debates and at 2:00 PM for legislative business.

Motion to Go to Conference on H.R. 2559, the FY 2004 Military Construction Appropriations bill.

Motion to Go to Conference on H.R. 2658, the FY 2004 Defense Appropriations bill.

The following bills will be considered under suspension of the rules:

S. 520, the Fremont-Mason Conveyance Act

H.R. 2040, to amend the Irrigation Project Contract Extension Act of 1998 to extend certain contracts between the Bureau of Reclamation and certain irrigation water contractors in the States of Wyoming and Nebraska

H.R. 1284, to amend the Reclamation Projects Authorization and Adjustment Act of 1992 to increase the Federal share of the costs of the San Gabriel Basin demonstration project

H. Con. Res. 235, celebrating the life and achievements of Lawrence Eugene "Larry" Doby

S. 678, the Postmaster Equity Act of 2003

H. Res. 352, remembering and honoring the March on Washington of August 28, 1963

H. Res. ___, expressing profound sorrow for the death of the Honorable Frank O`Bannon and gratitude to the Honorable Frank O`Bannon for serving the State of Indiana with honor and distinction

H. Res. ___, honoring the 50th anniversary of the SBA and recognizing Small Business Week

H.R. 13, the Museum and Library Services Act of 2003
