"The families feel we are the victims of a whitewash and a cover-up in order to protect the careers of certain individuals," Reg Keys told a press conference.
Keys's son, Lance Corporal Tom Keys, was one of six British military policemen killed in June 2003 in southern Iraq after being attacked by a mob.
The families charged that the military hierarchy did not provide the soldiers with enough ammunition to defend themselves.
