Novosibirsk Chemical Concentrates Plant said it is ready to send nuclear fuel to Iran “as soon as it is required”.

The plant’s managing director, Vladimir Razin, quoted by ITAR-TASS news agency, said at a press conference on Thursday that “168 fuel rods have been manufactured for the Iranian nuclear power station” in Bushehr.

The fuel “contains no military component, it is for a purely commercial reactor designed to generate electricity,” Razin said. “The spent nuclear fuel is not radioactive waste — it is a raw material component in future reprocessing.” The spent nuclear fuel is to be stored in Krasnoyarsk Territory.

2. Notice what's happening here.
Russia is being very open and candid about its goings-on with Iran. In particular, notice how they are careful to mention "nuclear", 168 FUEL RODS......dangerous.......bomb material........watch out, Bush....

They're being very Extroverted about all this lately. And I for one believe they are involved in a huge Power Display that is meant to dissuade Bush from attacking.

They know that Bush is beyond reason. No one can reason with the man. The only thing he understands is power.....or the lack of it.

That's why they're doing this.

3. Think of yourself as Iran or N.Korea. Bush has put them on the
Axis of evil along with Iraq. The world has seen what Bush has done to Iraq. If you were in their shoes, wouldn't you want as strong a defense as you could beg, borrow or steal? Bush has brought us to the brink. It is possible now that Bush is in charge for four more years that the only way to save the planet is for every other nation to arm against us. I feel so for the Iraqis; so many have died, so many will die; the future is so bleak with the country now demolished and strewn with depleted uranium. Today Spain said that they will continue to handle terrorism in their country in a way that does not infringe on the rights of their citizens. The speaker said Spain does not need a Homeland Security office or a Patriot Act. You go, Spain.
