A longtime Arizona State University spokesman was transferred for public statements he made about why police shocked football fans with Tasers during the 2005 Fiesta Bowl.
E-mails show ASU administrators disagreed with the way spokesman Keith Jennings characterized the incident, in which police shocked up to 24 fans who tried to rush the field.
ASU also asked the Glendale Police Department to review the incident and make recommendations on whether Taser stun guns should be used again in that manner. <snip>
