Blackwell To Testify On Ohio Elections Before Committee

Testimony To Begin At Noon

COLUMBUS, Ohio -- The state's chief elections official has a message for those who say Ohio's Nov. 2 election was fraught with unpreparedness, mistakes and fraud: Take a closer look.

Secretary of State Kenneth Blackwell was scheduled to testify at a field hearing of the U.S. House Administration Committee on Monday, more than a month after failing to appear at the panel's first post-election hearing in Washington.

The hearing is scheduled to begin at about noon, NBC 4 reported.

U.S. Rep. Bob Ney, an Ohio Republican and the committee's chairman, took Blackwell's absence as a snub, especially because Blackwell was in Washington the same day to lead a meeting of the nonpartisan Campaign Finance Institute.

Why he isn't in a jail cell is beyond me.

Different weight paper.. the loss of 500+ Democratic precincts. Not to mention the cuts of voting machines by at least 2 on average per/ heavy Dem areas. When in the primaries they were up +2 machines.

Rep. terrain reported little to no lines.


He's a crock, a disgrace, and a liar. A slew of colorful terms I won't express here. When is he up for re-election, he's gonna have to fix that one to win it, after what he did to the people of OH.

Every day it's one more thing going awry. We are truly entering an age of Communistic rule here. We must keep the pressure on or we are DOOMED!

If Iraq Democracy is the norm, then count me out! I don't see much Democracy going on since they haven't EVEN been able to agree on any sort of constitution or on HOW their government is going to be run. This AM on C-Span a representative to this fact talked about this at length.

I live in Fl and Glenda Hood simply "mimics" the JEB Machine, as did my representative Katherine Harris. There are days I just want to vomit!! And each day my resolve gets stronger! They're going to have to HAUL me away!
