Comedy of the absurd.

Jokes about Kit-Kat candy bars and how the letters are embossed into the bar and "somebody owes me some chocolate."

Wondering why no one cares about the DuFrane party.

Mitch was one funny S.O.B.

He'll be missed, but I'm sure he's already trading one-liners with Rodney in that great big dive bar in the sky.

I never laughed harder than the first time I saw him on Comedy Central.

11. Best. Comic. Ever.

Well, at least one of the most unappreciated comics ever. Very very funny guy, great delivery. His jokes don't read well, but when Mitch told them, they're hilarious.

He was simply a genius. I discovered him last year and I never laughed so hard at any comedian as Mitch Hedberg.

I'm truly shocked and saddened. I had hoped to catch him on the West Coast one of these days.
