Family Says Son Was Murdered By Police (CA / taser)
James Wathan died Sunday night while police were trying to restrain him.

"They kept beating him and beating him and beating him," says James' mother Helen.

James Wathan Junior's mother describes what she saw police do to her son when they came to her house last night, "They put that taser thing on him and they wouldn't move it they left it there till he fell over backwards on the ground." <snip>

They were supposed to routinely take him out of the house, instead they tasered him, beat him, and suffocated his face into the couch until he died," says Wathan's sister, Debra Baucom. <snip>

1. No matter WHY he stopped breathing...
...the moment the police PREVENT someone from giving him CPR, it becomes MURDER.
