Kmart raid captain ponders run for City Council (Houston, TX)
Minutes after Houston's infamous Kmart raid was wiped off his record, former HPD Capt. Mark Aguirre said today that he's considering running for City Council.

"Essentially I've been dealt a lot of lemons, and I'm going to make lemonade," said Aguirre, who lost his job and was charged with official oppression following 278 trespassing arrests in the store's Westheimer parking lot last August. "It's going to be sweet."
