Lawsuit challenges state law on recounts
LINCOLN (AP) - A judge heard arguments Thursday in a case challenging Nebraska's law disallowing ballots in a close election to be recounted by hand, unless that's how they were originally tallied.

1. So, if I make a guess about the count, there can be no other count.
Nebraska, that's where one of the elected owned part of the company that made the vote counting machines and did not disclose that fact. (If I recall correctly.) Then they made a law saying you cannot check the count because that would use a different counting method?

That's laughably stuuuuuuuuupid.

No offense to you, Omaha Steve, but your elected sound like they're a few rows short of a full field of corn.
