Two New Faux News Channels Planned

FOX officials say they are thinking about spinning off two new channels from Fox News Channel - one for business and another for entertainment news.

Fox Entertainment president Peter Chernin told analysts this week that discussions were underway about creating two new channels from the highly successful FNC, according to reports.

While Chernin didn't provide any specifics, the Web site Mediapost, which first reported the remarks, theorizes that business and entertainment were the areas Chernin was referring to in his remarks.

Just when you thought it was bad enough then this comes along.
Blame the companies who advertize. The Sheep are so sedated I doubt if they even know what they are watching-- and don't forget the rest of the "entertainment". On the regular fox channels----YIKES

Faux already has a gazillion cable channels and needs more filler when Murdoch takes over DirecTV...thanks to our friendly neighborhood Repugnicans.

5. As soon as my contract...........

with DirecTV expires in November, I'm either going to DISH or COMCAST. Neither one is appealing, but I'll be damned if I'll support Murdoch's gigantic ego trip.

Let them extend themselves to the point of diminishing returns, to the point where the new channels begin to drain ratings away from the main channel.
