ABC running ad from Focus on the Family, after rejecting progressive churc

The liberal media is at it again!

"During the May 2 season finale of the ABC reality series Supernanny, James C. Dobson's Christian ministry Focus on the Family plans to air a nationwide commercial promoting the organization's toll-free phone number and its Focus On Your Child parenting website. In December 2004, ABC reportedly refused to air a commercial on its broadcast network from the United Church of Christ promoting its inclusive policy towards gays, racial minorities, and people with disabilities."

There is no way in hell that ABC can claim that Focus on the Rectum isn't a "religious group." No way.

We need to fight for equal access to the media. If I have enough money, I should be able to go down to the TV station and buy airtime to say whatever I want. They are sueing for that in Canada.

And breaking the will of your pet dog, the way Dobson describes his own actions. This lot is truly nuts.

They are trying to infiltrate into Canada - the Globe ran a scary ad by "Focus on the Family Canada" a week or so back. It showed a woman, arms crossed saying (more or less) "I tried tolerance, but gays are going too far" (regarding same sex marriage). I was surprised the Globe took the ad. It was clearly directed at Canadian women, to try to convince them it was ok to be intolerant.

ABC = Disney = nearly half of investors are Saudis = Friends of the B*sh crime family

Does it surprise you that ABC will do what they want and give lip service to some BS "industry standard" in order to defend Bush and promote the Nazification of America?
