The Daily News, without identifying its source, reported Thursday that Limbaugh was being investigated by the Palm Beach County state attorney's office. The newspaper said it had confirmed the allegations, first reported by the National Enquirer. CNN reported Thursday that sources close to the investigation said Limbaugh had turned up as a buyer of powerful painkillers but that he was not the target of the investigation.

3. So I hope this former maid has made her deal with D.A.

What she did was illegal too, so she must have worked out some deal with the D.A. to turn over the bigger fish. I can understand where she was getting her initial source of drugs (her husband's prescription of painkillers) but when they ran out, what was her source? Someone put the wire on her she claims she used, so there must have been a deal in the works.

Good riddance if it takes the rush idiot off the radio. Send him to the slammer. Get tough on crime like they want. Make an example of him to deter others.

4. i'm guessing she was caught and the DA used her to get the dealer and rush

was just caught in the revelations she made about who was buying the drugs.
