It has always been true in his heart & thats what counts.

Without challenging his "democratness" it may be evidence that Clark isn't much interested in the little details.

I don't say that as an indictment, I believe executives in large organizations tend toward that and the Army certainly is a large organization.

and will hopefully be a great Democratic candidate for President of the USA.
