BP Revises Blame for March Refinery Blast
HOUSTON - BP PLC has backed off its earlier report that workers were primarily to blame for a March refinery explosion that killed 15 people — a report criticized by union officials.

BP officials said Monday that while worker error was a critical factor in the March 23 blast in Texas City, it was not the deeper cause. The company said it had not yet identified the cause.

"We simply used the wrong language to describe the report's findings," BP spokesman Hugh Depland said Monday of the interim report released last week. "Our fault."

That's about a piece-of-shit apology if I ever did see one.

"Our fault."

2. In Texas businesses they're equally afraid of the term
"unsafe conditions".
Sneak up behind them and whisper "OSHA" and they jump higher than if you had yelled "FIRE!"

4. Yes, but...
if this WERE a terrorist operation, it would destroy Shrub's 57% approval on terrorism response, the only category in which he still has his head above water. Therefore, nothing like this will ever be terrorism, even if it is.

5. You've a point there.
Even if Osama himself made a video taking credit they'd say "Ya know ya can't trust those furrin websites!"
