Souter’s House Targeted

New Hampshire businessman Logan Darrow Clements has filed papers seeking to use the newly-defined eminent domain law to seize Justice David Souter's house and replace it with a hotel.

The proposed development, called "The Lost Liberty Hotel" will feature the "Just Desserts Café" and include a museum, open to the public, featuring a permanent exhibit on the loss of freedom in America.
