North Korea ready for visit by Bush: report
http://www.khaleejtimes.com/DisplayArticle.asp?xfile=data/theworld/2005/July/theworld_July667.xml§ion=theworld

TOKYO - North Korea has told the United States it is ready to receive visits by President George W. Bush or Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice to normalise relations, a news report said on Saturday.

The message was conveyed through contacts in New York from late June to early July by the two countries’ negotiators for the six-party talks on North Korea’s nuclear weapons, Kyodo News agency quoted diplomatic sources as saying.

The informal meetings were attended by Joseph DeTrani, the US special envoy for North Korean negotiations, and Ri Gun, chief of the North Korean foreign ministry’s US Affairs Department.

Mutual visits came up in the course of discussions about confidence-building between the two nations, the anonymous sources were quoted as saying in a Kyodo dispatch from Beijing.

2. This would be a good move...
for shrub. Anything that could avert a war would be applauded by me and would be in the best interest of the country. Im sure it won't happen though. There is no logic that high up in this government.

3. Bush will take this opportunity to snub them
Both Bush and Rice live for the pleasure of a public snubbing.

4. Which is too bad, cuz all these people in one room would be a good thing
especially if the room is padded and has a good lock on the outside of the door.

5. Go, Bush.
Be sure to take CondaLoser with you. In fact, take RumsFailed, Cheater Cheney, Rotten Rove, and all the rest with you.

Now, when you meet with Li'l King Kim Jong Il, be sure to meet in some clandestine place. Knowing Il and the resentment he harbors against Bush, they won't be back.
