Judge Rules Mayfield Can Sue Government

A federal judge has just ruled that Portland lawyer Brandon Mayfield's lawsuit against the federal government for wrongful arrest in the Spain train bombings case may proceed, Mayfield's attorneys told kgw.com. More to come...

(I think the tactic his lawyer is taking will attack the Patriot Act as well.)
