Yale Profs Sue Over 'Don't Ask Don't Tell'
http://www.365gay.com/newscontent/101703yaleSues.htm

Law professors at Yale University filed a lawsuit Thursday claiming discrimination and threats over the military's 'Don't Ask Don't Tell' policy.

A majority of the law faculty have signed on to the suit which challenges federal law that would deny $300 million in government aid to Yale for refusing to allow military recruiters to use campus facilities.

The Yale Law School has never prevented access by the military to its students, but up until last year it would not allow it to use the services of the school’s Career Development Office.
