Street theater, good visuals, with a RELATIVELY innocent and "playful," even humorous visual statement.

Remember when a guy in a chicken suit went out to hound - I think - bush-1 for being too chicken to debate. Don't remember the exact details, but - hey look what a strong image it left in my mind. Good marketing. You remember the image and the overriding message behind it even if you don't remember the specifics.

Evil, and I think, pretty effective. Promotes "water cooler talk" the way we were encouraged to do in morning radio - say something or do something that people really remembered, either because it was so outrageous or so funny or so in-yer-face, that they'd wind up talking about it around the water cooler at work: "did you hear what that guy said on the radio this morning?" followed by titter-titter-titter - but you 1) remembered it and 2) were very likely provoked to tune in again the next morning to see what else they might say or do.
