in that part of the earth. They know the vote on the constitution is coming up, so they're just trying to scare them folks.

But freedom will prevail....in that part of the earth.

14. "in a street near a market with a bank, next to a police station"
Is what I see over and over right now. They might have
been after the cops. There seems to be agreement on the
three suicide car bombs idea. I'm sort of wondering if
there was a 1-2-3 tactic used, which would explain the
high death toll.

18. At Least 60 Dead in Iraq Car Bombings (5 US troops killed). 62/cnn just

At Least 60 Dead in Iraq Car Bombings

........The bombing that killed the five Americans was the deadliest single attack on U.S. troops since a roadside bomb killed 14 Marines near Haditha in western
Iraq on Aug. 3.

The five dead Americans were assigned to the 2nd Marine Division, II Marine Expeditionary Force and were hit Wednesday while "conducting combat operations" in the insurgent hotbed, a statement by the Marines said.

The deaths brought to 13 the number of U.S. troops killed in Iraq in the past four days. According to an Associated Press count, 1,934 U.S. troops have died since the war started in 2003.
.......President Bush had warned Wednesday that insurgents would increase their attacks, saying, "We can expect they'll do everything in their power to try to stop the march of freedom. And our troops are ready for it."
