Vice President Dick Cheney raised an estimated $200,000 for Rep. Jon Porter during a midday reception Monday in Las Vegas.

About 160 people attended the event at a home in The Ridges overlooking Bears Best Golf Club. Several duffers stopped to watch when the vice president's motorcade passed by the 17th hole about 11:45 a.m. on its way to the event.

Cindy and Bill Brady, the owner of hotel cleaning supply company Brady Industries, hosted the fundraiser. Donors, who could be seen mingling outdoors as a police helicopter circled, paid $250 for the reception or $1,000 for a picture with Cheney.

State Democratic Party spokeswoman Kirsten Searer said the investigation into who leaked the identity of CIA operative Valerie Plame is a key reason Democrats came out.

1. A picture with Cheney in Fitzmas week?
Now there's a collector's item.

No, darling, grandpa wasn't indicted with Mr. Cheney. We weren't friends. We're just saying Cheese! for the camera.

6. "Vice President Dick Cheney raised an estimated"
People like Cheney MUST be humiliated so that any future neocons/traitors will think twice before they act.

11. cheney gave away
national parks, national wildlife refuges, national monuments, national forests, federal buildings---all collateral to Chinese and other foreign governments for loans to U.S. government totaling now $333 billion in U.S. deficits.

If you don't think Chinese will come after principal + interest if we don't pay them back, find out what they did to Tibet.

Cheney/BushCo should be indicted and their billions in war profits/bank dealing taken and used to pay back the loans. These are dangerous corporate criminals dealing with other dangerous criminals at home and abroad to make billions in profits and they don't care if U.S. goes bankrupt in process. They are part of the international military industrial Congressional complex (a.k.a. the "cabal."). They do not care about country---only about lining their pockets.

12. Perfect campaign picture, for whoever runs against Porter.
A picture of cheney and porter, side by side, smiling, on the day (or days before) cheney gets indicted. I'd be keeping that one handy for use against porter in the campaign.

Same goes for anyone else running for office against a republican. Advertise to the world just how close they are to this failed bunch of criminals.
