Five cars set ablaze in Berlin
BERLIN, Germany (AP) -- Five cars were set on fire overnight in a working-class district of Berlin, and police said Monday they were looking into whether those responsible were inspired by violence in neighboring France.

The vehicles were set alight in the inner-city Moabit district, and police said as they investigated the incident that they would step up their presence.

1. after more of this-maybe Europe will step up pressure to get the US out
of Irag!! What will it take?

....."It cannot be ruled out that it was a copycat crime," spokeswoman Claudia Frank said. "However, there are no concrete indications that it was."

3. it appears that
the Muslim refugees in europe are going to try to get what they want through violence...the question is what is France and now Germany going to do about it...these people, mostly young men, need jobs...they need hope for the future...instead they have been warehoused in ghettos and left to fend for themselves...i sympathize with them...but i hope this does not degenerate to lawlessness across europe...French leaders have shown a certain incompetence in how they have handled this situation...the last thing we all need is a europe destabilized by Muslim violence...

4. It's not just Muslim men in Germany. There are many former East Germans
who were left to fend for themselves after that famous wall came down. they were poor and mistreated and marginalized by the wealthy westerners. This story of the have's vs the have-nots is beginning to play out all over the world as it seems that the wealthy and elitist have not learned the lessons of history and it now seems that they never will. South America, Europe, the US, Austraila...the history story is being played out all over the world and no one will have any peace and happiness as long as the few control the wealth of the nations that should belong to the many.

5. I see your point...
I just hope you are wrong that there is no other recourse than rioting in the streets and burning cars. Of course I was commenting on the Muslim issue becouse that is what the story was about. I do see how it connects to the larger picture of world poverty.

6. Is this ever going to stop?
Will France arrest 100,000 people? Will there be mass deportations?

I guess we will be reading this until the car-burners get bored.
