Speaking on the Veterans Day weekend, the former U.S. military commander in the Middle East said "President Bush has consistently refused to provide enough" money for veterans' health care.

I supppose that such a high-ranking military person would dare criticize the little dress-up CIC IS news.

2. Great! More credibility for vets, less for *
Screwing the vets will come back on the republiCons. Long memories there. A lot of older vets rely on it completely. They promised it to these kids and now they want their benefits. Could become Hooverville redux?

4. The Repuklicans will pass a bill to retroactively pull rank on all...
present and future retired officers who criticize the Chimp-in-Thief's criminal war, and use the money saved on pension checks to hastle high schoolers to join up so they can go to Iraq and get their 18-year-old asses blown up by terrorist and insurgent suicide bombers who weren't there before the illegal war.

Gotta love America.
