Judge Releases Contents on Mayor's Laptop

good grief! Remember this case? Now they are going to allow the public to evaluate his "performance ..." Another one of the morals and values crowd is hitting the bottom.

RITZVILLE, Wash. (AP) - A judge on Thursday granted a newspaper's request to make public gay-themed material from Spokane Mayor James E. West's City Hall laptop computer, but placed restrictions on the release of images from a gay-oriented Web site.

Judge Richard Miller ordered the release of an index showing the dates and times West used the computer to access Gay.com and other Web sites.

But the judge said the Web addresses of member profiles West viewed on the site's dating service would be obscured, and images on the mayor's hard drive would not be released, to protect the privacy of third parties.

"Clearly the public has the right to evaluate the mayor's performance," Miller said. But, he added, releasing the pictures "could 'out' people without their permission."

West has been a phony sanctimonious pompass ass for most of his life, advocating a gay hating hating agenda. He is one of the conservative wing nuts in the State of Washington. When he served in the State Legislature he threatened to bodily harm somebody that he didn't like. A normal person would have gone to jail for what he had done. He was saved by the grace of his office. West made a habit of going out of his way to be nasty and vindictive to people who didn't march to his political tune. Go get him. One more rebugnican scandel to remind voters of during the next election.
