ARG Poll: Bush Job Approval 36%
George W. Bush's job approval ratings are unchanged from October. 50% of Americans say the national economy is getting worse and 61% think the national economy will be worse a year from now.

http://americanresearchgroup.com/

Bush's ARG October approval number was 38%.

The thing I like about ARG is that they were the first polling organization to put Bush into the 30s. They've been ahead of the pack on charting Bush's malaise, and it looks here like he is slowly sinking farther into political oblivion.

3. and again, while the economy is growing (it is), it is doing so...
because it's being funded by massive debt and foreign lending to buy up our treasury bills (T-Bills). Also, only the more affluent are doing well in this economy. The AMT is already hurting the middle class along with the higher energy prices as well has the sizable cuts in benifits. The trade deficits are massive too.

4. Yeah. Any moron can grow the economy by running a deficit.
The amazing thing is that we aren't growing any better than average right now with a huge deficit.

6. I can make a strong case for 5-10% of the population being
quite pleased and a rock solid case for 2% of the population. The rest are knaves and fools.
