Venezuelan oil pipeline bombed with C4
CNN story

This appeared on cnn.com this afternoon.

CARACAS, Venezuela (AP) -- An explosion that damaged an oil pipeline supplying Venezuela's largest refinery was caused by government foes attempting to disrupt congressional elections, officials said.

The state oil company, Petroleos de Venezuela S.A., said Monday that Saturday night's blast had not forced any reduction in output because the refinery has enough crude on hand to continue operations while the pipeline is being fixed and the oil field has capacity to store pumped crude.

5. funded by National Endowment for Democracy no doubt
<http://www.antiwar.com/paul/paul79.html>

More recently, IRI president George A. Folsom last year praised a coup against Venezuela's democratically-elected president, saying, "Last night, led by every sector of civil society, the Venezuelan people rose up to defend democracy in their country." It was later revealed that the National Endowment for Democracy provided funds to those organizations that initiated the violent revolt in the streets against Venezuela's legal leaders. More than a dozen civilians were killed and hundreds were injured in this attempted coup. Is this promoting democracy?

Gee, I hope they can spread democracy there as well as they've done in the middle east. Dumb SHITS!!

8. Ding-ding-ding-ding, we have a winner!!!
Bush*inc would much rather people freeze to death this winter than to see Chavez assist those in need.

I knew there would be fall-out over the Chavez program, quite frankly I was expecting another attempted coup or a hit on Chavez. How I would love to see bush* in The Hague answering for his crimes. :grr:

9. "nobody makes me look like a monkey"... "well, it doesn't take much"
ya, we're thinking similar thoughts. I ask here as well, I wonder if anyone checked the C4 residue for taggants indicating the point of manufacture (or whatever they indicate about the origin of the explosive).

11. Look for it under the rug in the oval office. They probably have a stash
of it right there, being doled out like candy to various disrupters, assets and assassins, in our ever widening search for democracy and freedom. (where is it? where is it? could it be under the rug?)

16. Let's see, hmmm. While our oil companies are crying (like the
infantile idiots they are) that prices might go down in two or three years because the prices are artificially high right now, Chavez is sending oil to poor areas of US (a country that tried to overthrow him.) I'm sorry, but right now America is an abomination to the whole world. How can we survive three more hideous years?
