House Members Urged to Oppose Corrupt Soft Money in Federal Elections

WASHINGTON, Dec. 6 /U.S. Newswire/ -- A coalition of reform groups sent a letter today to all House members urging them to oppose any effort to pass H.R. 1606, which would allow soft money in federal elections.

The letter was signed by the Campaign Legal Center, Common Cause, Democracy 21, the League of Women Voters, Public Citizen and US PIRG.
