Democrats Win Control of NJ State Senate
I know that nobody else care but I do. It should be noted that this will be the first time in something like 40 years that the governor's party picked up seats in the midterm elections and McGreevey happens to have about a 35% approval rating. Go figure!

1. The link is obviously wrong

But, they won't let me edit it.

It should be:

http://www.politicsnj.com/

The democrats hold control of the state assembly as well.

9. Democrat Fred Madden declares victory
He says he won by less than 200 votes.

Republican senator George Geist refuses to concede.

Recount likely.

Depending on outcome the Democrats will have either a 21-19 or 22-18 lead in the state senate.
