More attacks on US forces in Iraq (New-Thursday Morning Attacks)

Resistance fighters in Iraq continue to forcus their attacks on American military forces in the country.

Aljazeera�s correspondent in the capital Baghdad says two blasts were heard early on Thursday near the Green area where the occupying troops are based.

He reported that US army helicopters hovered over the site, especially in the al-Doura area. There have been no immediate reports of possible casualties or damage.

2. seems as though there is a news blackout for us in the states...

I find it curious there are no reports out of Baghdad all day yesterday and now this morning from Yahoo. Cnn and msrnc seem to be complying also. Or perhaps everything is going swell... :eyes:
